Read →Updated 2026-09-22Gravebound is a six-player co-op extraction shooter set in a wasteland where humanity is gone and the household appliances have taken over. You squad up, fight through hordes of murderous machines, grab loot, push toward the harder corners of the map for better rewards — and extract before the wasteland takes it all back.
Every run feeds a persistent progression: your character keeps getting stronger between raids, and mid-run weapon stations let you turn a scrappy loadout into something that shreds before the timer runs out.
The core loop
| Step | What you do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Squad up | Group with up to 6 players | Co-op is the intended way to survive the hordes |
| 2. Loot the wasteland | Complete dynamic events, clear encounters | Events are where the upgrades and loot come from |
| 3. Upgrade mid-run | Find weapon stations to improve armor and weapons | More damage, bigger mags, better stats — per the store page |
| 4. Push deeper | Take on tougher areas and appliance bosses | Rarer rewards, tougher enemies, higher stakes |
| 5. Extract | Leave with what you earned | Die or overstay and the wasteland keeps it |

The bosses are household appliances
Each appliance boss has its own mechanics and attacks: a psychotic Blender, the TV's deadly broadcast, the Jukebox, and the Freezer — with more mechanical nightmares waiting across the wasteland, according to the store page.
